There’s nothing more satisfying than an ice cold coffee during the summer time, if you ask me. Actually it’s probably more than just satisfaction. Maybe it’s more like an addiction.
I made this Banana Iced Coffee with frozen banana to sweeten up the usual ice coffee and bring some extra nutrition along with it.
Let’s get blending!
Banana Iced Coffe
Yield 2 glasses
- 1 frozen banana, peeled before frozen
- 2/3 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 medjool small dates, pitted
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup intense filtered coffee, cooled down (you can also use 2-3 espresso shots or 2-3 spoons instant coffee)
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on full speed until smooth.
