Banana Iced Coffee

There’s nothing more satisfying than an ice cold coffee during the summer time, if you ask me. Actually it’s probably more than just satisfaction. Maybe it’s more like an addiction.

I made this Banana Iced Coffee with frozen banana to sweeten up the usual ice coffee and bring some extra nutrition along with it.

Let’s get blending!

Banana Iced Coffe



Yield 2 glasses


  • 1 frozen banana, peeled before frozen 
  • 2/3 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 medjool small dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup intense filtered coffee, cooled down (you can also use 2-3 espresso shots or 2-3 spoons instant coffee) 


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on full speed until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
