I’m so excited to share this secret with you. Well… Actually it’s not a secret, but I haven’t been talking much about it. I’m releasing my very first ebook on February 24th 2017. I’m beyond excited to hear all your thoughts and from the bottom of my heart, I really hope you will enjoy it.

   

The past six months or so, I’ve been busting my ass (while working full-time at a preschool) to make this ebook. I’m so relieved and words can’t describe how happy I am to announce that it’s (almost) done. Now it only needs one more thing → and that’s you!

Why drink smoothies and juices daily?

There are plenty of good reasons to drink at least one smoothie or juice a day. It’s a great way to embrace more veggies into your life, plus it’s good for the digestive system. If you’re having trouble getting enough greens daily, I recommend drinking at least 1 smoothie or juice a day. I can only talk from personal experience “I feel the difference when I drink a juice/smoothie a day, compared to days I don’t. My energy levels are much higher and my digestive system works so much better”.
